Big Island Rental Condos

These Condos are owned by a couple from Fremont, California, who discoved the charm of the Big Island of Hawaii early in their marriage.  They would celebrate many happy occasions at the well-known Kona Village, where it was known for not allowing TVs or phones to truly relax and enjoy the Aloha Spirit.  Sadly this resort is closed indefinitely due to the recent tsunami.  The family bought the condos at the Fairway Villas seven years ago while they were under construction because they liked the area, the closeness to the beach and the other fun activities that can be found in the resort.  This complex is a quiet gated community that has a family style environment and exactly what the Groeniger’s wanted to provide for their family, friends and people from all around the World to enjoy.
