Just a quick note to say thank you! M2 is an expuisite condo and it was absolutely perfect for my family visit.  Close to the pool, shops, BBQ and beaches.  They loved it!  The whole experience was a great one.  When I have visitors next time your place will be at the top of my list.

Hi Jaylene!!
 
We loved staying at your condo at the Fairway Villas at Waikoloa Beach.  It is truly an oasis among all the lava rock along the Kohala Coast. We stayed on California time so would get up early each morning, have a cup of 100% Kona coffee then head out to explore a new part of the island in our rented Mustang convertible.  The first day we drove to Volcano National Park and saw quite a few sites along the way and back.  This could easily be a two day trip!  Other excursions included Waimea, Hawi, Kailua-Kona and lots of beaches!! Most evenings we walked to the Marriott Hotel and ordered cocktails and enjoyed the sunsets.  We would end the day in the hot tub at the Fairway Villas and share our adventures with other guests staying at the Villas.
 
The condo was nicely decorated, spacious and had all of the amenities we desired.  The grounds, pool and spa areas were well maintained.  I loved all of the tropical flowers!! We were walking distance to restaurants and a market at the Kings Shops.  We visited in early May and there were no crowds or reservations required wherever we visited.  If you want to enjoy the public beach at the Mauna Kea Resort, you must get there by 10:00 to get a parking place or wait for a space to vacant.  It is a beautiful beach! The only thing we would do differently next time is fly into Hilo and stay two nights to explore the volcano’s and then head to the Kohala coast for the rest of the vacation and fly home out of Kona.  I would also bring along snorkel equipment, water shoes and beach chairs!

Our stay was excellent. The condo was well laid out and several steps above the classic hawaiian style rentals I’ve been in. On top of that, the pool was excellent, the neighborhood was quiet and our proximity to tonnes of amenities gave our trip that perfect combination of accessible tourism and an authentic feel. Before coming to the big island and staying with you, I thought this might be my last trip to Hawaii, but I left excited for my next trip back. We will no doubt be booking again through you. Many thanks for everything and especially your amazing service.

Just wanted to thank you for all your help on having a great time. We really enjoyed the condo and the trip and can’t remember relaxing so much. I think I would like to retire again real soon. What a fabulous place to live or visit. The condo was very relaxing and can understand why Bev and Mike love it. The decorations were very nice and comfortable.
I took a few pictures {225} so will be able to fill a scrap book or two.
David was a sweetheart loaning us his maps and explaining where the good sights were and how to get there. he even printed out our boarding passes for our return, quite a guy.
Thanks also for the gift card to Roy’s which was a very pleasant surprise and we had a great dinner and also met Arnie the manager who set and talked for a few minutes and told us he used to live in San Francisco. We went back again it was so good.
We drove to Hilo to the Akaka falls and found a little rain, other than that we had perfect weather and guess we had missed the cold weather by just a few days.

We want to go back again maybe for our honeymoon.

Dear Jay – As a family, we would like to thank you for the opportunity we had to stay in your lovely “Hawaiian” home. On our arrival we were surprised and very grateful for the fine and comfortable furnishings, abundant quality kitchenware, and excellent books, games and music that awaited us. It was perfect for us with children. We all also delighted in the fine artwork throughout. The layout of your home was also ideal for us and the quality is first class. Once we put the kids to bed, we felt like we were in a quiet 5-star hotel both in the living areas, as well as when we retired upstairs in the master suite with its fine furnishings, grand bathroom, and large lanai. My wife particularly liked the excellent area rugs and also the furnishings throughout. We ate our morning and afternoon meals outside on the patio. It was so comfortable and easy. We liked also the grill area outside near the pool. The infinity pool and hot tub were close and exceeded all our hopes for fun with the kids and meeting other families, making new friends. The location near the new Queen’s Marketplace allowed us plenty of choices for eating out – that we could walk to. All the excellent local beaches and snorkel sites that we visited were within easy, short reach with our car. When we plan to return to Hawaii, our hope will be to stay at your home again. Our Kona vacation was fabulous and the condo was so beautiful!!! Located right on the Waikoloa golf course (we played both courses!) with spectacular views from the lanai and being able to walk to A-Bay to snorkel or watch the sunset was incredible. The King and Queen Marketplace’s were right there and had wonderful restaurants and a “gourmet” grocery store. We’ve never stayed at a condo that was as beautifully decorated and inviting as yours and can’t wait to return soon!!!!
